For many years, access to the Lower Cispus takeout was only available 3 days a year or with a difficult-to-obtain permit. This has changed, and we can pick our weekend.
Camping will probably be at the Trout Lake U-Fish RV park, where we camp in a big field. This is not an official WRRR trip, so anyone is welcome as long as they pay for camping.
We will meet at the upper put-in on FR 28 bridge at 9am Saturday, with a goal of running shuttle at 10am. People can also put in at Twin Cedars, which is about a mile upstream of Iron Creek campground.
