This is a community building event and fundraiser for Mayday Foundation. Mayday provides immediate, practical financial support to local families coping with cancer while raising kids at home. We believe that no one should be forced out of their home or into bankruptcy as a result of a cancer diagnosis. Last year, with over 75 participants, we raised over $4800 and hope to raise over $5000 this year.
Costumes are encouraged as well as proper white water gear and helmets. Keep an eye on the Facebook event page to see what donations will be included. There will be a potluck gathering after the run.

Meet at the upper lot of Kanasket park, by the bathrooms, at 9:00 am to await further instructions regarding shuttle. We will have shuttle rigs and group people into pods.
